Reliable weekly mowing, crisp edging, and turf care that keeps your lawn the deep, even green your street expects.
On a Lakewood Ranch street, an uneven mow line or a strip of crabgrass gets noticed. With manicured common areas, gated entries, and HOA standards in nearly every village from Greenbrook to Lorraine Lakes, your lawn is part of a bigger picture — and it grows fast. Our subtropical climate and summer rains push St. Augustine turf hard from spring through fall, which means consistency matters more here than almost anywhere.
Flawless Palms keeps your lawn on a dependable schedule with sharp blades, clean edges, and the right cut height for Florida turf. You get the same crew, the same standard, and direct access to owner Cody Green — no rotating subcontractors and no "we'll get to you when we get to you."
The Ranch is dominated by St. Augustine (often Floratam). It likes a taller cut and dislikes scalping — so we mow to keep it dense, shaded, and weed-resistant.
Our June-through-September rainy season makes turf explode. Weekly service keeps up with the growth instead of fighting an overgrown lawn every other week.
SWFWMD limits irrigation days in our region. Proper mowing height and feeding help the lawn stay healthy within those limits.

"Had a great experience with Cody and crew. Looks amazing, showed up on time, did everything we discussed and made it look great. Would definitely recommend and use again!"

Yes. During our long growing season most Lakewood Ranch lawns need weekly mowing, especially through the summer rainy season. We also offer bi-weekly service for slower-growing or shadier yards, and we'll recommend the right schedule for your turf.
St. Augustine — the dominant turf across the Ranch — does best kept on the taller side, roughly 3.5 to 4 inches, and never scalped. Taller turf shades out weeds and handles our heat better, so we mow to the height that keeps your specific grass healthy.
Yes. Every visit includes precision edging along drives, walks, and beds, plus blowing off all hard surfaces so the property looks crisp and clean when we leave — the standard your HOA expects.
Yes. We offer weed-and-feed and fertilization programs built for Gulf Coast lawns and our sandy soil, targeting common St. Augustine weeds like dollarweed and sedge while feeding the turf for that deep green color.
